Re – NEET Answer Key: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the window for candidates who appeared in the NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination, held on June 21, to challenge the NEET answer key. The agency has also initiated a separate process to collect bank account details from students for fee refunds.
The provisional NEET answer key has been uploaded to the official NEET website, allowing candidates to review their responses and challenge any answer they believe to be incorrect. The facility to submit challenges will remain available from June 25 to June 28 (until 11:50 PM).

Step to Download the Re – NEET Answer Key 2026
> Step 1- Visit the official NEET NTA website.
> Step 2- Click on the “NEET UG 2026 Answer Key & Response Sheet 2026” official link.
> Step 3- Enter the correct login details, such as the re-NEET registration ID and password.
> Step 4- The response sheet will appear on the screen; view and download it.
> Step 5- Save it for future reference.
Steps to object to the Re – NEET Answer Key 2026
+ Step 1- Log in to the NTA NEET candidate portal.
+ Step 2- Click on the question (or questions) you wish to challenge.
+ Step 3- Select your preferred option from the four given choices.
+ Step 4- Upload supporting documents (such as pages from reference textbooks) to substantiate your claim.
+ Step 5- Pay the objection fee of ₹200 for each challenged question (this fee is non-refundable if the challenge is rejected).
+ Step 6- Submit the objection and download the receipt.

The NEET question paper consisted of a total of 180 questions, carrying a total of 720 marks. According to the NEET 2026 marking scheme, candidates will receive 4 marks for every correct answer, while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. No marks will be awarded or deducted for unanswered questions.
