NMC: Admission to MBBS Under PwBD Quota Cannot be Denied Solely due to a Temporary Disability Certificate or UDID Card
Under the revised rules, candidates whose disability is categorised as 'progressive', 'non-progressive' (stable), or 'unlikely to improve' will not be denied admission simply because their UDID card or disability certificate is temporary.
