IIM Rohtak Gets AMBA Accreditation, Now in Top 2% of Business Schools in the World

Its rigorous assessment criteria ensure that only the highest-potential programs that demonstrate the best standards in teaching, curriculum and student interaction receive Association of MBAs accreditation.
Why did IIM Rohtak get AMBA recognition?
IIM Rohtak received AMBA accreditation for its flagship postgraduate programme. The program is a two-year, fully residential program with cross-functional knowledge and compulsory summer internship for all participants.
It reflects the ethos set by AMBA in terms of its rigorous curriculum and teaching standards.

AMBA’s accreditation panel members commended the campus infrastructure, which they considered impressive, and assured a supportive, welcoming learning environment.
The panel also mentioned the collegial senior team, who were seen to be working towards an engaged vision. The panel noted that the atmosphere at the school was very supportive and caring.
Finally, the panel also mentioned that the gender diversity on the programme is a unique feature of IIM Rohtak and one which positively influences recruitment.

“With this recognition, IIM Rohtak becomes the fifth IIM to gain this accreditation, entering the ranks of IIM Calcutta, IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, and IIM Lucknow. We are also the first among second and third generation IIMs to achieve this landmark,” he added.
