UP Scholarship 2026-27 for students studying in Classes 9 to 12: The department opened the application window today, August 11, with separate deadlines set for new and renewal applications. Interested students can submit their scholarship applications via the official UP scholarship portal – scholarship.up.gov.in.
Students are required to sign in or register on the portal using their details. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to eligible students belonging to the General, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backwards Classes (OBC), and minority categories.

The Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department has completed preparatory work before commencing student registration. The task of preparing master data at the school level was carried out between July 22 and August 5, while the verification of schools by the District School Inspector was completed between July 23 and August 9.
