Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has launched a two year on-campus MBA programme in Business Analytics program from the academic year 2021-22 through its Department of Management (DOM) at Pilani campus. This program enables students to master business skills driven by analytics.
The program is spread over two years consisting of three semesters of rigorous on-campus training, with the option of six months of exposure to industry through a structured and evaluative paid internship or dissertation. Students seeking admission to this course work on real-time projects in reputed companies, which on completion are likely to receive pre-placement offers.
The last date to apply is February 21, 2022. Business Analytics Admission for MBA in 2022, BITS Pilani will conduct institute based Business Analytics Aptitude Test (BAAT) and shortlist the candidates on the basis of their performance in this test.
MBA in Business Analytics Fees and Admission for Batch 2022-24:
The fee for BITS Pilani MBA in Business Analytics for two years is Rs 11.10 lakh. There are total 80 students for MBA in Business Analytics 2022-24 batch. The small MBA batch size encourages peer learning, enhancing the classroom learning experience with a one-to-one focus between faculty and students.
Admission Eligibility:
Candidates applying for this program should have a qualifying degree of any one of the B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Pharm /B.Arch./MCA/M.Sc/ First degree of BITS Pilani or equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
BITS Pilani MBA Placement:
Though MBA in Business Analytics is a newly launched programme, the institute had earlier offered general MBA with a consistent record of excellent placements. While the highest salary has been around Rs 16 lakh per annum, the average salary in placements over the years has been around Rs. 9 lakh to Rs. 10 lakh per year.
