VITEEE Results 2026: Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) announced the results for VITEEE 2026 on May 8. Candidates who appeared for the VIT entrance examination, held between April 28 and May 3, can view their scorecards on the official website, viteee.vit.ac.in, by logging in with their registered email ID, application number, and password. These results will determine eligibility for admission into various undergraduate engineering programs offered across VIT’s different campuses.
Following the announcement of the results, eligible candidates will be invited to participate in online counselling, where they can select their preferred campus and branch. Seat allotment will be based on the candidate’s rank, seat availability, and the choices selected during the counselling process.

VITEEE Result 2026: What Comes Next?
VIT will commence registration for counselling and release the counselling schedule; subsequently, shortlisted candidates will be able to participate in the online counselling process based on their respective ranks. During this process, candidates can select their preferred campus, program, and fee category. Seat allotment will be determined based on the candidate’s rank and the availability of the options they have selected.

Candidates securing a rank up to 1,00,000 (one lakh) will be eligible for counselling across all four VIT campuses – VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT-AP, and VIT Bhopal. Candidates with a rank exceeding 1,00,000 will be eligible to participate in counselling exclusively for the VIT-AP and VIT Bhopal campuses. Upon the submission of tuition fees within the stipulated deadline, VIT will verify each candidate’s eligibility.
Candidates are required to submit the necessary documents either at the time of reporting to the campus or when requested by the Admissions Office. Please note that the provisional admission granted during the counselling process will be considered confirmed only if the candidate fulfills all the prescribed eligibility criteria.
