UPSC CMS DAF Form 2022 Notification Released
UPSC has released the DAF Form 2022 (Detailed Application Form) for qualified candidates. The candidates can fill the form till 28th September 2022 up to 06: PM. Candidates who have cleared UPSC Combined Medical Services are eligible to fill UPSC CMS DAF online form 2022.
On 18th August 2022, UPSC CMS 2022 results were declared for the written examination. Through CMS examination the commission aims to fill the vacant 687 posts, including 314 vacancies for Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Service, around 3 GDMO in New Delhi Municipal Council, 300 of Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways and 70 GDMO Gr-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation.
The notification reads that at the time of the interview or the last day of the interview the candidate needs to bring the duly signed copy of the online Detailed Application Form along with the original mentioned certificates with self-certified copies. All this will publish on the website of the Commission in the due course, failing will cancel their candidature. It also mentioned that there is no possibility of an extension of the verification’s last date. Additionally, the candidates are required to take note that all the documents must be scanned of the original copies and uploaded and no documents should be shared by the post.

Steps to fill UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination DAF 2022:
Follow the steps below to fill the UPSC CMS DAF Form 2022 online:
- Go to upsc.gov.in the official website.
- Click on the DAF – Combined Medical Services link on the homepage.
- Click the link to the application on the newly opened page.
- For the CMS Exam, enter your roll number and password.
- Complete the UPSC CMS DAF and submit all required documents.
- Send the form in and save it for later use.
Once you have filled out the UPSC CMS DAF form 2022, prepare yourself for the interview round and personality test, the dates will announce in due course of time.
