IGNOU January 2024 ODL Admission Process Started; Apply before 31st January
The university offers a wide range of programs in various disciplines, including Masters, Undergraduate, PG Diploma and Diploma, PG Certificate and Certificate programmes, as well as Appreciation/Awareness level programmes.
IGNOU has started the January 2024 admission process for programs offered through Open and Distance Mode (ODL) and online mode. The last date for new admission is January 31, 2024.
Applicants can register through ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. List of programs offered through online mode is available at – ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.
The new applicant has to create a new registration and submit all the details and choose the program he/she wants to pursue. Applicants are advised to thoroughly review the instructions before submitting their application.

In the meantime, the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended an invitation for online applications for admission to three programs via an entrance test. The three programmes are Bachelor of Education (BEd), Post Basic BSc Nursing [BScN(PB)] and PhD.
In the academic year 2024-25, IGNOU plans to launch four new master’s programmes. Starting from January 2024, IGNOU will offer MSc courses in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Zoology and Chemistry. These courses, which will be conducted through Open and Distance Learning (ODL), will include English language instruction and will be open to applicants of all age groups, eliminating any age restrictions. The online application portal for these programs is going to be available in the month of December.
