MCI NEET UG Counselling 2026: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the schedule for NEET UG Counselling 2026 for admission to MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing courses under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and other seats falling under its jurisdiction. Candidates who have qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2026 can register online via the MCC’s official counselling portal. The counselling process is conducted entirely online and is based on NEET UG 2026 ranks.
It is advised that candidates carefully review the counselling booklet before registration, given that admissions are based on eligibility criteria established by the National Medical Commission (NMC), the Dental Council, and other regulatory bodies.

MCI NEET UG Counselling 2026: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates may participate in NEET UG Counselling 2026 if they:
| Have qualified for NEET UG 2026. |
| Fulfil the prescribed eligibility conditions for admission to MBBS, BDS, or BSc Nursing courses. |
| Meet the applicable qualifying percentile and other admission requirements. |

Complete online registration for MCI NEET UG Counselling 2026 within the stipulated timeframe. Candidates seeking admission under state quota seats must also register separately with the respective state’s counselling authority (wherever applicable).
NEET UG 2026 State Counselling
State counselling authorities will conduct the first round of counselling between August 13 and August 22, 2026. The deadline for joining has been set for August 28, 2026. State counselling for the second round will take place from August 31 to September 8, and admissions will close on September 14.
The ‘stray vacancy round‘ will be held from September 28 to October 3. The deadline for joining colleges following the stray vacancy round, for both AIQ and state quota admissions, is October 10, 2026.
