Commercial Flights Suspended in Northern Parts of India
Air India announced that its flights to Jammu, Srinagar, Leh, Jodhpur, Amritsar, Bhuj, Jamnagar, Chandigarh and Rajkot were canceled till 12 noon on Wednesday.

Commercial Flights: Several airports in the northern regions of the country were closed on the morning of Wednesday, May 7, 2025, as India carried out military operations at various locations near its border with Pakistan. According to airport officials, Srinagar airport was one of the airports closed for Commercial flights.
Other affected airports reported by SpiceJet on X included Leh, Jammu, Amritsar and Dharamsala. Air India announced that its flights to Jammu, Srinagar, Leh, Jodhpur, Amritsar, Bhuj, Jamnagar, Chandigarh and Rajkot were canceled till 12 noon on Wednesday. In addition, IndiGo indicated that its flights from Bikaner were also disrupted.
