Jawaharlal Nehru University MBA Admission; Registration process begins, check selection criteria.

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) MBA Admission 2022, the process of MBA program at Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship (ABVSME), a newly created school in JNU for the year 2022. JNU started giving MBA degree from the year 2019.

JNU starts the online registration process for admission in MBA Program 2022. The last date for registration is February 28, 2022. Eligible candidates can apply through official website – jnuee.jnu.ac.in.

Candidates who want to fill the application form of Jawaharlal Nehru University MBA Admission 2022 should check the eligibility criteria in advance to avoid cancellation or rejection at the last moment.

JNU MBA Admission 2022- Eligibility Criteria

To appear in the selection round of JNU, candidates are required to qualify the CAT 2021 entrance exam. Candidates not having valid CAT 2021 score will not be considered for further JNU MBA Admission 2022 rounds.

All the candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree or equivalent awarded by any University. Final year candidates can also apply for the entrance test. General Category, OBC and EWS candidates must have minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree. However, candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD category are given a relaxation of 5 percent and can apply with minimum 45% marks in aggregate.

JNU MBA Admissions 2022: Know How to Apply

Step 1: Visit the official website – jnuee.jnu.ac.in

Step 2: Click on ‘new registration’ and fill the online application with personal details.

Step 3: Fill the online application with Qualification Details.

Step 4: Upload scanned images of photograph and signature.

Step 5: Pay fee through online payment mode and click on submit

Admission process:

All applicants seeking admission to MBA program must appear in Common Admission Test (CAT) in 2021 conducted by IIMs. Every applicant applying for admission to the MBA program must submit their CAT registration number and CAT score.

JNU will use CAT score to short-list applicants for GD and PI for MBA programme. On the basis of CAT score merit, the number of applicants selected for GD and PI will be at least seven times the number of seats in each category. The final list of selected candidates will be based on 70 percent weightage of CAT score, 10 percent weightage of Group Discussion and 20 percent weightage for Personal Interview.
