Indian Institute of Technology Madras Opens Admission for BS degree in Data Science and Applications
Indian Institute of Technology, (IIT) Madras is inviting applications for the January 2023 batch of BS Program in Data Science and Applications. Interested candidates can visit the official website – onlinedegree.iitm.ac.in – to apply for this Programme.
Candidates have till January 16, 2023, to apply for this programme. The exam will be held on February 26, 2023.
This program can be adopted by students from all over the world as the content of this course is delivered online while all the exams are in person.
Anyone who has passed class 12 or equivalent can apply, irrespective of age or educational background. Those who are eligible can join the program immediately. Also, those school students who have given their class 11 final exam can apply irrespective of their group/stream/board. Those who are eligible can join the program after passing 12th standard.
The course has multiple exit options which include exit with certificate, diploma or degree. The objective behind this is to provide flexibility to the learners to choose the level of expertise they wish to acquire and get out of it.

Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) is a public technical university located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
