SSC CGL 2025 Examination: Notification Regarding Postponement of the Exam
In a notification regarding the postponement of the exam, the Commission stated that the updated schedule for the CGL and other impacted examinations will be published on the SSC official website shortly. The move comes amid disruptions in the selection posts and the thirteenth phase computer-based examinations (CBE) held between July 24 and August 1, in which some candidates faced technical and operational issues. Around 55,000 candidates with data discrepancies will be given another chance to appear for the exam on August 29.
The Commission said that the candidates impacted will receive information at their registered email addresses and mobile numbers. They will be assigned a center from the three cities they initially selected, based on a best effort approach. The SSC admit cards for these positions will be accessible for download starting from August 26. The Commission has specified that the prior examination taken by these candidates from July 24 to August 2 will not be considered, and they are encouraged to participate in the re-examination scheduled for August 29.
