SBI RBO Recruitment 2022: Direct Hiring for Retired People, Salary Up to Rs 45,000

The contract will be subject to a quarterly performance review for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, or until the retired officer reaches the age of 65, whichever comes first.

The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the opening of applications for 47 positions for Retired Bank Officers, or RBOs. The posts are available for application on the official website, sbi.co.in. The application deadline for the positions is October 31.

The contract will be subject to a quarterly performance review for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, or until the retired officer reaches the age of 65, whichever comes first. Wherever required, the former officers may refer to themselves as Resolvers.

SBI RBO Recruitment 2022 Eligibility:

Age: Applicants must be at least 60 years old and up to 63 years old.

Education: No particular educational requirements are necessary for the candidates because they are former SBI officials. Ex-officers with significant work experience, in-depth understanding of systems and processes, and general professional competence in the field will be given preference.

RBO Recruitment 2022 Salary:

The salary for retired officers in the MMGS-I, MMGS-II, or MMGS-III grades is Rs 40,000, while the salary for retired officers in the SMGS-IV grade is Rs 45,000.

SBI RBO Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:

The criteria for shortlisting will be established by the Bank’s Shortlisting Committee, following which a sufficient number of applicants will be selected and contacted for interviews.

Candidates that make the cut will be required to interview. The interview portion will be scored out of 100. After the interview, a merit list for the final decision will be created in decreasing order of the interview-only scores, provided the candidate receives the minimum required marks.
