IIM-Bangalore Records 100% PGP Placements Concludes With 606 Offers

The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-Bangalore) received 606 offers for lateral and final placement for the PGP and PGP-BA classes of 2021-23, with all 512 students appearing over two interview days.

The recruiters in IIM-Bangalore Placement 2023 recruit students in job roles for domains such as Consulting, IT, Product Management, Finance, General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Analytics.

Consulting companies made 221 offers, led by Accenture with 32 offers, followed by Boston Consulting Group with 26 offers. Prominent recruiters in the information technology and product management domains, who made 85 offers, include Paytm (13), Microsoft (10), Cogoport (8), Jio Platforms (7).

There were 75 offers in the finance domain while 86 offers were made to general management positions with the Adani Group. Students choosing sales and marketing roles received 67 offers and were recruited by leading consumer goods firms. Operations roles saw 15 offers and the analytics sector saw 35 offers.

 “This season saw participation from companies from overseas locations such as Europe, Dubai and Singapore, with offers for consulting, finance and business strategy roles.” the release states.
