IIM Lucknow Summer Placements: In its recent summer placement process, the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow recorded the highest stipend of ₹3.95 lakh per month, the highest international stipend of ₹2.5 lakh, and an average stipend of ₹1.67 lakh per month, compared to ₹1.43 lakh per month last year.
In this process, the IIM Lucknow secured over 580 offers for students of its 41st batch of the Postgraduate Programme in Agricultural Business Management (PGP) and 22nd batch of the Postgraduate Programme in Agricultural Business Management (PGP-ABM).
IIM Lucknow Summer Placements: Average Stipend
The average stipend this year was ₹1.72 lakh per month, compared to ₹1.50 lakh per month last year. The top 50 percent of students in the batch received an average stipend of ₹2.18 lakh per month. IIM Lucknow’s 2025-27 batch includes 187 new students and 345 students with substantial prior work experience across a variety of sectors. This mix of fresh talent and experienced professionals has helped students secure positions across a range of industries, including consulting, finance, marketing, product management, operations, retail, and e-commerce.
A key highlight of this placement drive was the participation of Adani, which offered tuition waivers in addition to competitive stipends to its selected trainees. The summer placement process saw participation from leading legacy recruiters such as Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, American Express, Amazon, Arga Investments, Avendus, Axis Capital, Bain & Company, Bernstein, Boston Consulting Group, Citigroup, Colgate-Palmolive, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, EY Parthenon, Godrej, Goldman Sachs, Google, HUL, ITC, JPMorgan Chase, Kearney, KPMG, Marico, Mastercard, McKinsey & Company, Media.net, MMT, Pidilite, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Reliance, Tata Administrative Services and Visa.
