IIM Ahmedabad Placements: MBA Package Reaches ₹1.10 crore, Average Salary at ₹35.5 lakh

IIM Ahmedabad Placements: According to the institute’s audited placement report, prepared under the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS), IIM Ahmedabad has achieved outstanding final placements for its Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) (MBA-PGP) 2025 batch. The maximum earning potential (MEP) offered this year reached 1.1 crore rupees, which is the second-highest package in the institute’s recent history. In 2023, it was 1.5 crore rupees. The average first-year package was ₹35.50 lakh, with a median of ₹34.59 lakh.

A total of 406 students participated in the placement process, of which 395 accepted job offers. The process was audited by B2K Analytics, which confirmed its compliance with IPRS Revision 2.2, ensuring transparency in the data presented. IIM Ahmedabad also continued its “Dream Application” policy, allowing students to apply for their preferred sectors and roles. This year, 154 such dream applications were received.
