NCERT has developed a series of modules, which are short publications focused on specific themes, some of which are being introduced in May this year. These modules for classes 1 to 12 are available on the NCERT (an autonomous organisation of the Ministry of Education, the Government of India) website.

Specific modules have been designed focusing on themes such as COVID-19 and its impact on public health and social life, ‘India’s digital success and power’, Chandrayaan-3 mission, G-20 Summit in India in 2023, and ‘Swachhata’. Each module includes narratives, activities and examples that explain the content and provide supplementary resources to the textbook, which can be used by schools.
