XAT Mock Test: Mock Test to be Held on September 25

XAT Mock Test: Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) will conduct mock tests for students who have registered for the aptitude test. The mock test will be conducted on September 25, 2024. The registration for the mock test will end on September 22, 2024. The mock test is conducted to assess the preparation of students and help them plan accordingly before the exam. The test will test students’ verbal ability, logical reasoning, decision making, data interpretation, general awareness, and quantitative aptitude. The aptitude test is conducted for candidates who wish to apply for PGDM courses.

Key Changes in Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2025:

Integration of Analytical Essay Writing (AEW) with Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (GD/PI) Processes:

The Analytical Essay Writing (AEW) component will be administered during the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) stages of the selection process instead of being part of XAT 2025.

Modifications to the General Knowledge Section:

The General Knowledge section will now have 20 questions reduced from 25. This section will include 12 questions on current affairs and 8 questions from static GK, allowing a balanced assessment of candidates’ awareness of both current events and foundational knowledge.

Exam Time Adjustment:

The XAT 2025 exam will be divided into two separate parts. A duration of 170 minutes has been allotted for the first part of the exam.

The second part, focused entirely on the General Knowledge section, will be a brief 10-minute section. This structure brings the total exam time to 180 minutes.

These modifications are designed to ensure that the XAT remains a robust and efficient tool for assessing the potential of candidates seeking admission to our various management programs.
