CUET UG 2023 exam to begin today, except for J&K and Manipur
The CUET UG exam is to be conducted across the country from May 21 to May 31. This year a total of 16.85 lakh students have registered for the entrance exam out of which 13.95 lakh have paid the application fee and submitted the form successfully.
CUET UG 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will start conducting the Common University Entrance Test-Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2023 across the country except Jammu and Kashmir and Manipur. Students can download their CUET-UG Admit Card from the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in.
NTA on Friday announced the postponement of the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate Admissions (CUET-UG) in Manipur and Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), which will now be held on May 29 and May 26 respectively.
The CUET UG exam is to be conducted across the country from May 21 to May 31. This year a total of 16.85 lakh students have registered for the entrance exam out of which 13.95 lakh have paid the application fee and submitted the form successfully. Out of 13.99 lakh students appearing for CUET UG 2023, 6.51 lakh are females.
Before appearing for the exam today, take note of these important guidelines on the day of the exam:
A) Candidates are advised to report at the examination center well in time i.e. 2 hours before the commencement of the examination
B) Along with the admit card, a candidate is required to carry a valid ID proof which can be Aadhaar Card, UID, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID etc.
C) Candidates may be required to carry one passport size photograph (as uploaded on the online application form) to be pasted at the specific place in the attendance sheet at the center during the examination.
D) Any electronic device including smartphone, smart watches, gadgets are not allowed in the examination centre.
E) All calculation/writing work is to be done only in the rough sheet provided at the test center in the examination room/hall and on completion of the test, candidates must hand over the rough sheet to the invigilator on duty in the room/hall.
