NMC Releases NEET UG 2025 Syllabus on nmc.org.in, Check Notice and Important Information here
The updated syllabus for NEET Undergraduate (UG)-2025 has been made available on the NMC website for public reference.
NEET UG 2025 Syllabus: The National Medical Commission, NMC has released the syllabus for the National Entrance cum Eligibility Test Undergraduate 2025 on Tuesday, December 17. Medical candidates who wish to appear in the exam can download the NEET-UG syllabus from the official website of NMC, https://www.nmc.org.in/
A notice signed by UGMEB Director Shambhu Sharan Singh said, “All stakeholders especially interested candidates are informed that the Undergraduate Medical Education Board, an autonomous body under the National Medical Commission, has finalized the syllabus for National Medical Commission Undergraduate 2025.”
The updated syllabus for NEET Undergraduate (UG)-2025 has been made available on the NMC website for public reference. Stakeholders are encouraged to consult this revised syllabus when preparing study materials and for their preparation for the NEET Undergraduate (UG) examinations for the academic session 2025-26.
It is noteworthy that Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had said on Tuesday that the Ministries of Education and Health are considering whether the medical entrance exam NEET-UG should be conducted in pen and paper mode or in online mode and a decision is expected soon in this regard.
NEET-UG 2025 Syllabus: Direct Link to Download NEET-UG 2005 Syllabus
The syllabus for NEET-UG 2025 has been released on the NMC website and encompasses three primary subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Physics: The physics syllabus consists of 20 units, covering topics such as mechanics, thermodynamics, electrostatics, magnetism, optics, and modern physics. Major areas include motion, laws of motion, work and energy, waves, and electromagnetic induction.
Chemistry: Chemistry is divided into physical, inorganic, and organic chemistry with 20 units. The subjects covered include atomic structure, chemical bonding, thermodynamics, p-block elements, hydrocarbons, and biomolecules.
Biology: The biology syllabus consists of 10 units, covering topics such as cell structure, human physiology, genetics, ecology, biotechnology, and plant physiology.
