NEET-UG 2024, JEE Main: List of Entrance Exams for Which Registration will start in January
Several other entrance examinations are conducted for admission to UG courses including WBJEE, GUJCET and OJEE for admission to engineering programs in Uttar West Bengal, Gujarat and Odisha respectively.
The application process for several national and state level undergraduate entrance examinations for admission to Medical (NEET-UG 2024), Engineering, and Pharmacy programs is scheduled to begin in January 2024. While the registration for JEE Main is already over and the exams for session 1 are scheduled to start from January. 24, the application window for CUET Post Graduate (CUET PG) started on December 26, 2023.
Here is the list of exams with their registration start and end date and exam dates.
NEET UG
NEET UG is the single medical entrance exam in the country for admission to medical courses in India and Abroad and NEET-UG 2024 is scheduled to be held on May 5, 2024 and applications will start end of January.
JEE Main
Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is the only bi-annual entrance examination at class 12 level. The application for the first session has ended and the JEE Main 2024 application for the second session will open on 2 February and close on 2 March 2024.
BITSAT
BITSAT exam is conducted for the purpose for admission to undergraduate programs in Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS). The BITS Aptitude Test (BITSAT) application window for 2024 examinations will likely begin in January. A statement on the BITSAT website said that the admission details for the academic year 2024-2025 will be updated by the first week of January 2024.
CUET UG
The Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) has been scheduled to take place from May 15 to May 31, 2024. This test aims to select candidates for admission to central universities throughout the country. The application process for CUET UG is expected to commence in January 2024.
MHT CET
Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) scores are used for admission to engineering and other courses in the state. The MHT CET 2024 examination is scheduled to take place from April 16 to May 5, 2024.
Several other entrance examinations are conducted for admission to UG courses including WBJEE, GUJCET and OJEE for admission to engineering programs in Uttar West Bengal, Gujarat and Odisha respectively. Application for WBJEE 2024 has started from December 28. Application forms for other entrance exams will be released soon.
