The official website of NBEMS is presently unavailable because of a technical problem. Candidates who wish to change their previously chosen exam city will have the opportunity to do so once the portal is operational again. According to the revised schedule, candidates must resubmit their preferred exam cities via the official National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences website – natboard.edu.in – from June 13, 2025 (starting at 3 pm) until June 17, 2025 (by 11:55 pm).

The city allotment will be on a first-come, first-served basis, considering the order of preferences submitted and the availability of seats in each city.
