Delhi School of Economics MBA-IB Program Overview
The Delhi University MBA in International Business program in International Business, offered by the Faculty of Business and Commerce at the Delhi School of Economics, plays a crucial role in equipping its students with the skills necessary to shape the future business world. In 1985, the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, and the International Trade Centre (ITC/UNCTAD/GATT), Geneva, identified the Faculty of Business and Commerce as a suitable centre to run a specialised program in International Business and Trade, thus laying the foundation for the MIB program.
Upon the recommendation of the UGC, Delhi University renamed this program to MBA (IB). The curriculum is designed keeping in mind the needs and requirements of the future business world. It is regularly updated based on feedback from corporate leaders and is contemporary in both its approach and teaching methodology.
This Delhi University MBA International Business course has been recognised as being offered by an institution with a proven ability to continuously upgrade its knowledge base to meet the requirements of government entities, trade, and industry. It is designed to enable students to achieve success and add value to themselves as well as to the organisations in which they become stakeholders.
