CTET Answer Key 2026 Updates: CTET Official Answer Key February 2026 Live Updates: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the CTET February 2026 provisional answer key on March 12. The CTET 2026 answer key is available on the official website – ctet.nic.in. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) was held on February 7 and 8, 2026. The CTET exam was held on March 1 at two exam centers in Bihar.
In addition to the provisional CTET 2026 answer key, CBSE has also released scanned images of candidates’ OMR answer sheets. Candidates can raise objections to the CTET 2026 answer key within the stipulated time by paying a fee per question. The CTET 2026 exam was conducted for two papers – Paper 1 (for classes 1 to 5) and Paper 2 (for classes 6 to 8).
CTET Answer Key 2026: Scores will be Used to Apply to Central Government Schools
CTET scores will be used to apply to central government schools, including KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, and schools under the administrative control of the UTs of Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and NCT of Delhi. A statement on the information brochure states that CTET scores can also be applied to unaided private schools, which may consider CTET.
