CAT 2025 Exam Day Instructions: Dos and Don’ts for the November 30th Exam

IIM CAT 2025 Exam: The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 will be held on November 30th. The two-hour CAT 2025 exam will be held in three sessions. The first session of CAT 2025 will be held between 8:30 am and 10:30 am, the second session will begin at 12:30 pm and continue until 2:30 pm, while the last and third session will be held between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm. IIM Kozhikode, the institute conducting CAT 2025, has already released the admit card on iimcat.ac.in.

The CAT 2025 hall ticket contains candidate details, including name, application number, test date and day, CAT exam timings and exam sessions, reporting times and entry times, and gate closing times. CAT exam center information and exam-day guidelines are also provided on the CAT 2025 admit card.

CAT 2025 Exam: Things to Carry

 + CAT 2025 hall ticket printed on A4-sized paper

+ Original ID proof such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Indian passport

+ Scribe affidavit, if applicable

Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, Electronic devices, Watches, Metal jewellery or other metal objects, Shoes and footwear with thick soles, Clothes with large buttons

CAT 2025: Dos and Don’ts

+ Candidates must carry their original ID proof and the printed CAT 2025 admit card after verifying it.

+ A recent photograph must be affixed to the CAT hall ticket 2025. The photo affixed to the admit card must be the same as the one uploaded on the CAT 2025 application form.

+ Candidates must drop their CAT admit card in the drop box provided after the exam is over.

+ Candidates will be provided with a pen and a scribble pad. These must be submitted after the exam is over.

+ Candidates cannot use the keyboard at any time while taking the CAT 2025 online test. They must use only the mouse. Using the keyboard while taking the CAT 2025 online test will lock the computer system.

Candidates are not permitted to carry mobile phones, electronic gadgets, watches, calculators, their own stationery items, pens, wallets, or goggles. Candidates must also agree to a non-disclosure agreement when taking the CAT 2025 exam. Under this agreement, CAT 2025 students may not share, reproduce, transmit, or store any information related to the exam in any way, whether verbally or in writing, electronically or mechanically, for any purpose.

Candidates with valid CAT 2025 scores will be allowed to register for admission to postgraduate (PG) programmes at Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other participating colleges.
