Delhi University Announces Mop-up Round for UG Admissions; Registration Begins Today

Delhi University (DU) UG Admissions 2024: The University of Delhi (DU) has announced that it will conduct a mop-up round for undergraduate (UG) admissions to admit candidates to only a few colleges and programmes. The university will display the vacant seats in shortlisted colleges and programmes on September 27 (5 pm). Official website-admissions.uod.ac.in will make the list of vacant seats available.
The registration for DU UG mop-up round admissions will begin today, September 27, at 5 pm and continue till September 29 (11.59 pm), candidates will be able to apply to colleges and programmes between September 30 (5 pm) and October 2 (11.59 pm).
The colleges will evaluate and accept students for two mop-up rounds from October 3, 2 pm to October 5, 5 pm.
DU UG 2024 Mop-up Round Admission: Who can register, eligibility
+ Admission in the mop-up round will be done on the basis of merit score of the qualifying exam, which will be based on program-specific eligibility.
+ Candidates who have not got admission in any program of any college of DU and wish to take admission in the shortlisted colleges and program in the mop-up admission round will have to register on the mop-up admission portal – ugadmission.uod.ac.in/mopup/index.php.
+ Candidates who have already registered on the CSAS UG 2024 portal will not have to pay any registration fee. For new applicants, the fee has been fixed at Rs 250 for candidates from the Unreserved, OBC-NCL and EWS categories, while for SC, ST and PwBD categories it is Rs 100.
