Assam State NEET UG 2025 Counseling: Registration Start From July 24 and the, First Round Allotment List on August 6
As per the guidelines set by the National Medical Commission (NMC), 85% of the available seats will be allotted to residents of Assam, while the remaining 15% seats will be filled through All India Quota (AIQ), allowing students from other states to apply as well.
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) in Assam state has announced the NEET UG 2025 counselling schedule for admission to Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and BDS courses in the state. These admissions will be based on the basis of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test UG (NEET UG) 2025 scores for both the courses.

Assam State NEET UG Counselling 2025: First Round Schedule
The online registration for the first round of Assam NEET UG c2025 counselling will start from July 24, 2025, and registration for counseling will remain open till July 29, 2025. Only candidates from Assam State listed in the provisional merit list of Assam are eligible to participate in this round. The complete counselling schedule for Assam is given below:

All NEET UG 2025 counselling related activities will be conducted online mode through the official website dme.assam.gov.in. The official notification released by DME Assam confirms that there will be no offline counselling for any seats.
