Aditya Thackeray Election Result 2024 Update: Worli will see a tough fight between sitting Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aditya Thackeray and Congress-turned-Shiv Sena leader Milind Deora. Worli, which falls in the Mumbai South Lok Sabha seat, is considered a Shiv Sena stronghold. Aditya Thackeray enjoys immense public support in the region.

This high-profile assembly constituency is witnessing a thrilling contest between three Shiv Sena contenders. Aditya Thackeray, who is hoping for another term as MLA from the seat, will face a tough fight from Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP Milind Deora. The third contestant in the race, Sandeep Deshpande, is also associated with the Shiv Sena family as he hails from the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), which is led by Raj Thackeray, who is Balasaheb Thackeray’s nephew.

Milind Deora: Milind Deora is a well-known face in the Worli constituency and was a member of the Congress party before joining the Shiv Sena. The former Union minister had quit the Congress in January this year and later joined the Shiv Sena. He has also previously represented the South Mumbai Lok Sabha seat, which includes Worli.
