NEET UG 2024 Result: NEET UG Result can be Expected in the Second Week of June.

NEET UG 2024 Result: Now that the National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer keys of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET UG), NEET UG result can be expected any time. Apart from NEET UG Result 2024, NTA will also declare the cut-off marks.

Last year, the NEET UG cut-off percentage for general category was 50 for MBBS and BDS candidates and 40 for OBC, SC and ST candidates.  NTA will determine the percentage of NEET UG based on the highest marks obtained in the All India Common Merit List for NEET UG 2024.

Analyzing the NEET UG 2024 exam, D. K. Singh, Founder and CEO, CareerMantra.Org, said: “The conclusion of NEET UG 2024 has inspired us to expect a strong performance from the candidates. Although there was a rise in the NEET UG cut-off last year, this year we expect a slight drop in the cut-off for all categories.

The cut-off for general category may be around 720-124 (+- 5), cut-off for SC category may be 114-107, cut-off for ST category may be 114-107 and cut-off for OBC category may be 120-107.

NEET UG cut-off for general category increased from 715-117 in 2022 to 720-137 in 2023. The same trend was observed across different categories.The cut-off for SC, ST and OBC candidates increased from 116-93 in 2022 to 136-107 in 2023.

NEET UG 2024 was conducted on May 5 for over 24 lakh candidates. The answer key was released on May 29 and medical aspirants were given time till May 31 to raise objections against the provisional NEET UG answer key.

An NTA source told the media house on Friday, May 31, that the NET UG final answer key and result is expected in the second or third week of June. Last year, NEET UG answer key was released on June 4, and the results were declared on 13th June.
