IIM Indore Final Placement 2024: Highest CTC at Rs 1 Crore, More Than 590 Students Got Jobs

IIM Indore Final Placement: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has completed its final placements for the 2022-24 batches, offering the highest CTC of Rs 1 crore to a student.

 “One of our students has received the highest salary package of Rs 1 crore during the last placement period of this session. According to an official of news agency PTI, a company in the e-commerce industry has offered this student a job for a post in its sales and marketing department. This offer is exclusively for domestic placements.

In the last placement season, a total of 594 students were offered placements by more than 150 recruitment companies. These students are part of the two-year Post Graduate Program (PGP) and the five-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM).

This year’s average CTC was recorded at Rs 25.68 lakh per year and median CTC was Rs 24.50 lakh per year. IIMI Director Himanshu Rai told PTI that more than 50 new recruits have joined hands with IIM Indore this year.

These new recruiters include Accenture Operations, Airtel, Bajaj Consumer Care, CAMS, Datalink, ESAF Bank, Godrej & Boyce, HCLSoftware, HDFC Life, Hero Future Energies, Indus Insights, IndusInd Bank, Jio Financial Services, Mindsprint, Navi, Ola Electric, Sears, SBI Securities, Sutra Management Consulting, Suzlon Group, ThoughtFocus, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Unacademy, Zinnov and Zycus.

According to data provided by the IIM Indore, the consulting sector attracted 25 per cent of the total offers, while the finance sector accounted for 19 per cent of the total offers. Placements in sales and marketing functions constituted 19 per cent of the total offers and 12 per cent of the batch chose IT/analytics roles. About 25 per cent of the batches were offered roles in general management, human resources and operations.
