Bihar Teacher Recruitment 2026: Bihar TRE 4 Recruitment 2026: Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary announced on Wednesday that the Education Department has sent a proposal to the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) to recruit 32,388 teachers under the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE) 4.
Sharing the information on X, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary described this move as a “historic gift” for the youth of Bihar and stated that it is a significant step towards strengthening the state’s education system and creating employment opportunities.
According to the announcement, the allocation of vacancies across various school levels is as follows:

This brings the total number of vacancies under TRE 4 to 32,388.
In his post, Chaudhary said, “The Education Department has sent a proposal to the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) for the appointment of 32,388 teachers under TRE-4. This is a significant step towards fulfilling our commitment to quality education, employment for the youth, and a developed Bihar.”
He further added that the state government is committed to creating maximum employment opportunities for the youth while simultaneously taking Bihar’s education system to new heights. It is expected that the Bihar Public Service Commission will issue the official notification for the Bihar Teacher Recruitment TRE 4 after acting on the proposal received from the Education Department. The notification will include details regarding eligibility criteria, the application process, important dates, and the selection process.
