Admit cards for the Combined Medical Services (CMS) Examination 2026 have been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Candidates who have registered for this recruitment exam can now download their hall tickets from the official website, upsconline.nic.in.
The UPSC Combined Medical Services 2026 exam is scheduled for August 2 and aims to fill 1,358 vacancies for Medical Officers across various central government organisations.
Candidates can access their admit cards using their registered mobile number and OTP, Universal Registration Number (URN) and password, or registered email ID and password. The UPSC has clarified that no paper admit cards will be sent by post. Candidates are advised to download and print their e-admit cards well in advance of the exam and preserve them until the recruitment process is complete.
The UPSC has advised candidates to reach the exam center at least 90 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete procedures such as face authentication, identity verification, and frisking. Before appearing for the exam, candidates should carefully check the details printed on the admit card, such as their name, photograph, and QR code. In case of any discrepancies, the Commission has advised candidates to immediately report the issue via the email address provided in the official notice.
Candidates will be permitted to carry only the printed e-admit card, the same photo identity card mentioned in the admit card, a black ballpoint pen, a pencil, a transparent water bottle, a passport-size photograph (where applicable), and other items permitted under the official instructions. Mobile phones, smartwatches, electronic devices, books, bags, and other prohibited items will not be allowed inside the examination venue.
