NEET UG 2026 Dress Code: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) 2026 (NEET UG 2026) on May 3. In addition to carrying the NEET UG admit card to the examination center, the NTA has issued certain guidelines, which include a dress code. NEET UG 2026 will be held on Sunday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Candidates are permitted to carry only a limited number of items into the examination hall. This year, too, more than two million medical aspirants are expected to appear for NEET UG.

NEET UG 2026 Dress Code

Candidates appearing for NEET UG 2026 are instructed to adhere to the NEET UG 2026 dress code outlined below:

+ Wearing heavy clothing or garments with long sleeves is not permitted.

+ Wearing shoes is not permitted; however, slippers and low-heeled sandals are allowed.

The NTA has stated that candidates arriving at the examination center wearing items associated with their faith, whether traditional, cultural, or religious, should arrive early. This ensures that, while maintaining the sanctity of the examination, there is sufficient time to conduct a proper frisking of the candidate without causing them any inconvenience.
