XLRI Delhi NCR Campus Summer Internship Placements 2024 Batch; Highest Stipend Reached Rs 3.50 Lakh

XLRI Delhi NCR Campus has completed its summer internship placement process for XLRI PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) 2024-2026 batch with 604 offers.
A total of 576 students participated in the process and as per the placement report, every student received an internship offer. This year, the average and median stipend offered was Rs 1.67 lakh per month, with the highest stipend reaching Rs 3.50 lakh per month.
A statement from the institute indicated that 84 percent of all offers made will provide a stipend of at least Rs 1 lakh per month, and 64 percent will offer a minimum of Rs 1.5 lakh per month. The XLRI PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) batch for 2024-2026 in Delhi NCR Campus consists of 32 percent fresh graduates, with the remainder possessing significant prior work experience across various sectors.
XLRI Delhi NCR Campus: Companies Part of Summer Internship
A total of 133 companies, including 37 new recruiters, took part in the summer internship placement process at XLRI Delhi-NCR campus.
According to XLRI Delhi-NCR, the leading sectors based on the roles available were FMCG, Management and advisory consulting, and BFSI. Notably, the recruiters that extended the most offers included Accenture Strategy, P&G, Bajaj Auto, HUL, Asian Paints, Boston Consulting Group, EY Parthenon, Amazon, Aditya Birla Group, and Godrej Group.
The primary sectors that provided internship opportunities encompassed consulting, finance, sales and marketing, general management, product management, operations, analytics, and human resources. Each of these sectors aligns with the distinct career aspirations of XLRI students, enabling them to acquire specialized knowledge while interacting with industry leaders and innovative companies, as stated by the institute.
Several new recruiters have become part of the summer internship placement process including Accordion Partners, Amdocs, Atomberg, Barclays, HSBC, Mastercard, Blockseed Ventures, Newgen Technologies, RKFL, Rothschild, Sanofi, Sony Pictures, United Breweries, Carl Zeiss, DCM Shriram, Essar Capital, FantoPark, FedEx, GMR Group, Godrej Group, Michelin, and WhiteOak, among others.
