IPL 2026 RCB vs SRH: Padikkal and Kohli

Padikkal and Kohli approached their innings in contrasting styles. Padikkal relied on timing and placement, while Kohli focused on drives and shots played straight down the ground. He completed his fifty in just 21 balls with a boundary off Harshal Patel.

Eventually, Padikkal was dismissed; he was caught by Heinrich Klaasen at long-on. Earlier in the innings, Klaasen had dropped a catch offered by Virat Kohli when the latter was on a score of 28. Subsequently, Kohli completed his half-century in 33 balls.
