Well, the moment we all Indians have been waiting for has finally arrived. RRR song Naatu Naatu has created history by winning an Oscar. It became the first song from any Indian film to win in the Best Song category at the Academy Awards.
Naatu Naatu beat out the other nominees in the category – Applause (Tell It Like a Woman), Hold My Hand (Top Gun Maverick), Lift Me Up (Black Pather Wakanda Forever), and It’s a Life (Everything Everything All at Once). – To win prestigious prizes.

This is not one of the first accolades for team RRR as the film has garnered several accolades and nominations at prestigious award shows across the continent. RRR won a Golden Globe in the Best Original Song category, and won Best Foreign Language Film as well as Best Song at the 28th edition of the Critics’ Choice Awards.
