DRDO Offers Internships in Advanced Defence Technology for Graduates and Postgraduates

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has introduced internship schemes for undergraduate or postgraduate students from Engineering/General Science in the field of defence technology.
This internship will provide the students unique opportunities and exposure to the research and development (R&D) activities carried out by DRDO in cutting edge technology in the defence sector.
DRDO Internship: Key Features
Relevant Areas of Internship: The internship will cover relevant areas of Defence Research and Development Organisation, with a focus on Research and Development (R&D) areas and defence technologies.
Project Participation: Students will be involved in ongoing research projects at a Defence Research and Development Organisation lab or establishment.
Lab/Establishment Application: Students are advised to reach out to the DRDO lab or establishment through their respective institutes or colleges to apply depending on their academic discipline.
Access to Unclassified Areas: Interns will only get access to unclassified areas of the DRDO lab, ensuring safety guidelines.
No Guarantee of Employment: Completion of training does not guarantee employment.
Liability and Compensation: DRDO will not be liable for injuries or accidents occurring during the period of internship.
Internship Duration: The duration of internship ranges from 4 weeks to 6 months, depending on the nature of the course and the discretion of the Lab Director.
