NEET UG Result 2024: Record 67 students get rank 1, Cut-off Increased

To download NEET UG 2024 score card, candidates will need their login credentials like application number and password. The score card will mention the details like name of the candidate, category, marks obtained, result status and much more.
The cut-off for General and Normal-PH category candidates has increased from 720-137 last year to 720-164 this year. The All India Rank 1 record is shared by 67 students. He has achieved a score of 99.997129 percent.
For SC, ST and OBC candidates, the NEET UG 2024 cut-off has increased to 163-129 from 136-107 last year. NEET UG 2024 cut off score for SC, ST and OBC-PH candidates has increased from 120-107 last year to 145-129 in the current year.
For general category medical candidates, the NEET cut-off for MBBS and BDS is 50th, for OBC, SC and ST candidates it is 40th. NTA determines the NEET UG percentage based on the highest marks obtained in the All India Common Merit List.
A total of 24,06,079 students registered for the medical entrance exam this year, with 23,33,297 students actually appearing for the exam.
The total number of medical candidates who have qualified the entrance exam is 13,16,268. According to the data shared by NTA, out of the total qualified students, 5,47,036 are male students, 769222 female students and 10 transgender students.
The result of NEET (UG) – 2024 can be used by other entities of the Central and State Governments as per their respective eligibility criteria / other norms / applicable rules / guidelines / rules. Result data can be used for B.Sc. (H) Nursing courses as per their respective eligibility criteria/other norms/applicable rules/guidelines/regulations.
NEET (UG) – 2024 data will also be used for admission to BVSc and AH courses under 15% quota of VCI in recognized veterinary colleges. However, the Council will have to contact the MCC of DGHS, MoHFW to get the said data of results.
