GATE Exam Result 2026 Update: According to its official website, goaps.iitg.ac.in, the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) will announce the GATE 2026 results on March 19, 2026. Students awaiting their GATE scores can view their results on the official portal on the scheduled date by logging in using their Enrolment ID and password. The GATE exam result will display both the candidates’ scores and their qualifying status.

The GATE 2026 examination was conducted from February 7 to February 15, 2026, comprising two sessions each day: a morning session from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and an afternoon session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

The GATE examination results will remain valid for a period of three years from the date of their announcement. Subsequently, candidates will have the opportunity to download their scorecards from the official GATE login portal. Along with IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, and IIT Guwahati, these institutions are considered the premier “old” IITs.
