FMGE December 2025 Exam Result Declared; Pass Percentage and Merit List

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially announced the FMGE Results 2025 session. All the students who appeared for screening tests can check their results on the official website, natboard.edu.in.

The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) was held on January 17th 2026. Around 43,933 students appeared for the FMGE Examination held in January 2026. Out of these, 10,264 students successfully cleared the exam, while 32,604 students failed to clear the exam. Around 1061 students were absent and thereby didn’t attempt the exam. There are 4 students whose results were withheld due to administrative reasons.

Students must go through the official website of NBEMS, natboard.edu.in, select the ‘Screening Test’ section and then click on the ‘FMGE Examinations ‘link. The result is in PDF format. Students can check and download the results now.  The individual scorecards can be downloaded from 6th February 2026.

The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination December 2025 exam result document/scorecard will consist of the roll no of the student, marks obtained and the qualifying status.

The qualifying marks to clear the FMGE examination were 150 out of 300 for the students. All those students who had gained the required qualifying marks have successfully cleared the examination. All the qualified students will be given a Pass Certificate with a Provisional Registration Certificate. These are important documents for foreign medical graduates if they want to begin their medical practice in India and pursue further training in India.
