UGC NET Examination December Exam Registration: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the UGC-NET December exam from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026. Candidates interested in appearing for the exam can apply through the “Online” facility available on the agency’s official website – ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across the country. The city information slip for candidates will be available on the official website at least 10 days before the exam.
The last date to apply for the exam and pay the fee is November 7, 2025 (11:50 pm). The two papers will be of 180 minutes each, and there will be no break between papers.

+ Next, click on “New Registration” if you are applying for the first time or “Login” if you are already registered.
+ Fill in the application form and pay the fee; you will be successfully registered.
The examination fee is ₹1,150 for General/Unreserved category candidates, ₹600 for General-EWS/OBC-NCL, and ₹325 for Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Persons with Disabilities (PWD)/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).
