The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has begun registration for the third round of NEET UG Counseling 2025, covering All India Quota, Deemed, and Central Universities. Candidates can submit their applications through the MCC’s official website, mcc.nic.in. The registration window will close on October 5, while the choice filling option will open on September 30 and will be available until 11:55 pm on October 5, 2025.
The choice filling period will begin at 4 pm on October 5 and end at 11:55 pm on the same day. The Medical Counselling Committee will complete the seat allocation process from October 6 to October 7, and the results will be declared on October 8, 2025.
NEET UG Counseling 2025: College Reporting
Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seats will have to report to their respective colleges for admission between October 9 and October 17, 2025.

Meanwhile, the Union Cabinet has approved the third phase of the centrally sponsored scheme to add 5,023 MBBS seats and 5,000 PG seats in existing government medical colleges and institutions at a cost of Rs 15,034 crore over the next three years. This is in line with the government’s plan to add 75,000 new medical seats over the next five years, as announced by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in this year’s budget.
