FMS Placements 2023: Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) has completed its placement for the batch 2021-2023 with 100% placement. This year, 269 students have been placed, and the average CTC recorded is Rs 34.1 lakh per annum.
In the data shared by FMS, the average CTC for top 10 per cent students is Rs 68.16 lakh per annum, for top 25 per cent candidates Rs 51.67 lakh per annum and for top 50 per cent candidates Rs 43.03 lakh per annum. The average CTC for the top 100 candidates stood at Rs 46.1 lakh per annum.
The institute reported that 97 per cent of the offers received were above Rs 20 lakh per annum, and there has been an increase of 19 per cent in finance roles.
This year 126 candidates are fresher, 34 have around one year experience, 21 students have 13-18 months of experience, 48 students have of experience 19-24 months, 30 students have 25-36 months of experience and 10 have more than 37 months of experience. , The average CTC has increased by 22 per cent for candidates with more than 37 months of experience.
In addition, a total of 109 pre-placement offers were made, out of which 108 were accepted. Out of a batch of 273 students, 269 applied for placements but four candidates opted for placements or are taking placement leave. FMS provides this opportunity to students who want to pursue their own enterprises and allows them to participate in the post placement process up to two years if they want to avail the opportunity.
Some of the top recruiters this year in the Sales & Marketing category were Airtel, Amazon, Asian Paints, Cipla, Colgate, Palmolive, Cummins, Dabur, Dr. Reddy’s, HCCB, HUL, ITC, Mars etc. The leading recruiters in IT sector were Amazon, American Express, Appario Retail, Atlassian, EXL, Flipkart, Wipro, Zomato and many more.
Axis Bank, BDA Partners, DBS Bank, HDFC Bank, Morgan Stanley, NatWest, Nomura, OffBusiness, Standard Chartered etc. were the top recruiters in the finance sector. Similarly, Accenture Strategy, Adani, AON, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Capgemini ELITE, Deloitte, Everest Group, Ernst & Young etc. were the top recruiters in the consulting sector.
