IIT Delhi: MBA Eligibility Requirements
Appearing for CAT 2025 is mandatory to secure an MBA seat at IIT Delhi. As the institute has clarified, “Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews directly based on their CAT 2025 performance.” This is in line with the established protocol at leading management schools in India.
Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or a minimum of 6.0 CGPA (on a ten-point scale) in their bachelor’s degree. These standards apply to General, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates.
For Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) applicants, the threshold is 55% aggregate marks or 5.50 CGPA in their undergraduate program. These measures promote inclusivity and diversity in the selection process.

IIT Delhi MBA: Requirements of Necessary Documents
IIT Delhi states: “Candidates who are in the final year of their bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply,” the engineering institute said. This policy allows candidates awaiting their degree to remain eligible despite pending results.
