SpiceJet Passengers Unhappy With Food Served on Board; Is This Reason Enough to Misbehave With Staff?

SpiceJet Passengers Unhappy: Recently, a video has been floating on social media; this video is from Pune airport. In the video, it can be seen that the passengers of Spicejet have surrounded one of the spice jet staff members. The passengers ganged up and forced him to eat the biryani they (Spice jet) served on the flight. This was their own sophisticated and educated way of protesting over the food that was served in the flight.
The passenger, seen proactively mistreating the staff member called the biryani as “Janwaro ka Khaana” and as the Spicejet employee got up passengers pulled him back to the seat, and together they continued to mock him.
The airline has denied the claims of the passengers over food quality. This video is actually over 2 weeks old, but it recently went viral over social media after an account named Woke Eminent posted on platform X
Spicejet spokesperson firmly rejected the claims, and forced upon how their employee was mistreated. He added that the food served that day was fresh and of good quality. He also added that all the food they serve on their flights is procured from a certified and verified vendor. He added that the vendor not only provides his service to spice jets but also other airlines operating at the airport.
This video has over 500k views and has ignited a wave of reactions some condemning the passengers while some justifying the passenger’s behavior.
