The ‘UK India TOEFL Scholarship’ is launched through a partnership between ETS and the National Indian Students and Alumni Union (NISAU). The aim of the scholarship is to provide a scholarship of Rs 2.5 lakh to 10 Indian students. Students who wish to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom (UK) can apply for scholarships at toefltest.in/scholarship. The last date to apply for the scholarship for Indian students is 15th July.
The scholarship aims to support students interested in enrolling on full-time undergraduate or postgraduate programs in the UK for the fall 2024 or Spring 2025 term. This will be a one-time scholarship and will cover expenses including tuition, books, transportation, etc.
To qualify for the scholarship, all candidates are required to meet the following requirements:
To meet the minimum requirement, a TOEFL® test score of at least 75 out of 120 is required.
An admission offer letter from a university in the United Kingdom for the Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 term.
Candidates will be shortlisted for the scholarship by a selection panel consisting of NISAU and UK university representatives. During their studies, UK-India TOEFL Scholarship awardees will serve as ambassadors for the TOEFL programme, actively promoting it and sharing their personal experiences.
