The National Testing Agency (NTA) is sending NEET UG scorecards to the registered Email ID of the students and the mail sent to candidates also assure that the result will be declared on the official website shortly. Undergraduate medical aspirants have been waiting for the NEET result 2021 since long. The National Testing Agency (NTA) had declared the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) result within a month of conducting the NEET UG last year. Before declaring the neet.nta.nic.in result 2021, the NTA will release the NEET UG 2021 answer key at ntaresults.nic.in.
The Supreme Court of India permitted the agency to announce the results last week, by staying an order by the Bombay High Court order that directed the NTA to hold re-exam, for two candidates whose question papers and OMR sheets had got mixed up at a centre in Maharashtra. The top court, in the reply, said that results of over 16 lakh students cannot be put on hold for two candidates.
Once the NEET UG 2021 result is out on official website, the national and state-level counselling authorities will conduct counselling for the same.
The Result of NEET (UG) – 2021 may be utilized by other Entities of Central and State Governments, in accordance with their respective eligibility criteria / other norms /applicable regulations/guidelines/ rules. The result data may also be utilized for B.Sc. (H) Nursing courses in accordance with their respective eligibility criteria / other norms /applicable regulations/guidelines/ rules. The NEET (UG) – 2021 result data could also be used for admissions to BVSc & AH courses under the 15% quota of VCI in recognized Veterinary Colleges. However, the Council has to approach the MCC of DGHS, MoHFW in order to obtain the said data of results.
