UP Police 2024 Constable Exam Result has Been Released; Applicants can Check on the Official Website uppbpb.gov.in.

This notification is a crucial step in the massive recruitment process to fill 60,244 constable posts across the country.

UP Police 2024 Constable Exam Result: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has declared the UP Police Constable Exam 2024 results today on November 21 on its official website uppbpb.gov.in. This notification is a crucial step in the massive recruitment process to fill 60,244 constable posts across the country.

The written exams held on August 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31 were conducted at 1,174 centres located in 67 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Over 48 lakh candidates participated in these, including over 6 lakh candidates from other states, making it the largest recruitment drive in the country. The exam scheduled to be held on February 17 and 18 has been cancelled after the exam paper was leaked.

The marks obtained in the written examination conducted in 10 shifts for direct recruitment to the post of Police Constable (Civil Police)-2023 have been normalized as per rules and notification. In this normalization process, the merit of the candidates and the reservation provisions applicable in Uttar Pradesh have been taken into consideration.

As a result, a total of 1,74,316 candidates, about 2.5 times the number of vacancies in each category, have been selected for document verification and physical standard test.
