IIT-Hyderabad Placements ; Salary Trends, Highest and Average CTC and Top Recruiters.

Highest salary package offered by IIT Hyderabad was 65.46 LPA. However, the average package of IIT Hyderabad is Rs. 20.73 LPA.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-Hyderabad) has an Office of Career Services (OCS) which handles the entire campus placement drive every year. IIT-Hyderabad students get 54 international offers despite global IT layoffs and various organizations like HP, Microsoft, Deshaw, Amazon and Accolite participate in placement drives. During IIT Hyderabad placements 2022, a total of 144 recruiters visited the campus for placements and 540 students got placed.

This year, a total of 508 offers were made in this first part of the placement process, which was conducted from December 1 to 7, 2022. Interestingly, for the second time, Japan and Taiwan were the main countries that hired IIT Hyderabad students this year. A total of 13 international companies have registered so far as compared to around 12 international companies in Phase 1 and 2 of the previous year (2021-22).

Highest salary package offered by IIT Hyderabad was 65.46 LPA. However, the average package of IIT Hyderabad is Rs. 20.73 LPA.

The average salary of B.Tech in Electrical Engineering department has seen a marginal increase from Rs 26.1 lakh per annum in 2021 to Rs 27.86 lakh per annum in 2022. However, the total number of offers and the percentage of placed students decreased from 95 to 81 (for both categories)

• The placement percentage of IIT Hyderabad has decreased by 28.22%

• The average salary of IIT Hyderabad has increased by 19.28%

• Placement percentage of IIT Hyderabad is better than 5 higher ranked colleges

• Average salary of IIT Hyderabad is better than 8 colleges which are ranked higher
